Romney Will Do Sunday Show for First Time Since 2010

TEMPE, Ariz. - Mitt Romney will make his first Sunday morning show appearance since March 2010 when he appears later this month on "Fox News Sunday" with Chris Wallace.

The interview will be pre-taped Dec. 17 in Charleston, S.C., and will air the next day, Dec. 18. Romney will be the only guest on the Sunday show.

Wallace and Romney will "discuss the race for the Republican presidential nomination and how his campaign has evolved thus far," according to Fox News.

Romney has recently come under fire for his reluctance to talk to the media, declining interviews with both Time Magazine and the New York Times.

Romney told the traveling press corp in Florida last week that he doesn't take questions on the rope line because he holds a media availability "nearly every day."

Romney has held seven news conferences in the past two months.

The Romney campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment regarding the scheduled Sunday interview.
