LAS VEGAS -- Melania Trump, the wife of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, will deliver her first speech on the 2016 campaign trail on Thursday in Pennsylvania, after not being seen campaigning for the last few months, his campaign announced today.

Last week, Melania Trump told ABC News’ chief anchor, George Stephanopoulos, in a joint interview with her husband that she has been absent from the trail because "my priority is my son, Barron, our son, Barron."

Donald Trump broke the news during the ABC News interview that she is "going to make two or three speeches," adding that he believes she is "an amazing public speaker."

He has been campaigning out West for most of the weekend, with stops Sunday in Nevada, Colorado and New Mexico.
