— -- Celebrities like Bette Midler and Leslie Jones poked fun at some moments and made statements about the issues during the presidential debate on Sunday night.

It was the third debate of this general election season, the second between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, the Democratic and Republican nominees.

A 2005 video of Trump using vulgar language about women while talking with host Billy Bush on a bus, revealed by The Washington Post, was a topic in the debate and on Twitter. And celebs certainly didn't hold back their opinions.

Here's what they had to say:

Katy Perry wanted to join the singing legend.

Perry also made a smart comment about the content of the debates thus far.

More joint fun between comedians.

Celebs got into Trump's calling his 2005 comments "locker room talk."

Ben Stiller posted a comment about the debate's last question, asking each candidate to say something positive about the other. Trump and Clinton had thoughtful answers.
