Jeans That Smell Like Fruit Can be Yours
They come in strawberry, lemon, apple, blueberry and orange!
— -- If you've been wearing them frequently and not washing them, your jeans probably smell like something. And it isn't fruit.
But one company thinks jeans should smell like fruit. So much so that they created a line of "fragrance jeans." Strawberry, lemon, apple, blueberry and orange, in corresponding colors.
"Perfect for this summer...With a medium waistline and a slim leg, Fragrance jeans are available in green, pink, orange, blue and yellow.Thanks to innovative technology, micro capsules release the fruity scent for up to 20 washes," the Salsa clothing site reads.
The jeans cost $55 and can be found on the company's website.
But Salsa's Fragrance jeans aren't the only jeans with a scent.
Naked & Famous Denim created a pair of mint-scented "scratch and sniff" jeans. These also use "micro capsule" technology and, according to the web site, the capsules are "baked into the denim" and when the jeans are scratched, the scent is released.
